Village and urban development, strengthening of town centres

Regional Planning→Village and urban development, strengthening of town centres

An attractive and lively town centre strengthens the identity of a community, ensures local supply and creates a quality of stay for citizens and businesses. But how do you implement the right measures?

Werfen - securing the local supply

Thanks to a well thought-out location concept, a central shopping facility has been secured in Werfen – an important measure for the revitalisation of the town centre.

Seekirchen - Historic building with a new use

In Seekirchen, a vacant inn was revitalised and converted into a modern event centre with restaurants.

Bergheim - More quality of stay through a meeting zone

The traffic-calmed design of the centre of Bergheim has improved safety for pedestrians and made the town centre more attractive.
