We have been designing sustainable living spaces together since 1972.
About us
The Salzburg Institute for Spatial Planning and Housing is the innovative hub for future-oriented projects and sustainable quality of life in Salzburg.
Our Mission
As specialists in municipal and regional development, we support, network, participate and conduct research on the topics of energy, climate, spatial planning, buildings and housing as well as sustainability and resource conservation. We primarily accompany municipalities and regions and support them in the development and implementation of new concepts.
With an interdisciplinary approach and vision, we meet current and future challenges in a holistic and solution-oriented manner. Together with our partners, we develop innovative, practical concepts for liveable spaces and sustainable structures. We are attentive to trends and innovative solutions and work in an implementation-oriented manner for a sustainable tomorrow. This makes us THE competence center for spatial development in Salzburg.
